We’re also excited to share that, as of July 2021, we will be offering same-day pay options for associates. Helping our team combat financial hardship by giving them more control over their paychecks is just one of the many ways we’re leading the industry in attracting and retaining top talent.

Retention

We also understand the sensitivity from your district and associates when talking about outsourcing services, but you’re in good hands with us. Every one of our transitions includes our process of interviewing and, pending a background check, hiring all existing associates. The truth is that your current associates, many of whom are familiar faces across the district, represent immense value that we would be silly to willingly lose. Instead, we intend simply to provide additional training, supplies and equipment to help make each of them even more successful.
